By using this site or booking a NETXORA8 service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book.

1. Nature of the services

NETXORA8 mentoring, talks, workshops, experiences and programs are educational and personal development services based on Yaima Ortiz's sports experience. They are not therapy, psychological counseling, medical treatment, or legal or financial advice, and they do not replace care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.

2. Health and prevention content

Medical Prevention & Human Performance talks are informational and general in nature. They do not create a doctor–patient relationship and are not diagnosis or treatment. Consult your doctor before changing your physical activity, diet or treatment.

3. Results

Every person and organization is different. We do not guarantee specific results in performance, career, income or wellbeing.

4. Bookings, payments and cancellations

• Bookings are made on the online calendar and confirmed by email.
• The Transition Session ($140 USD) is paid at booking through Stripe. Prices may change, but the price you paid is honored.
• You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before, from your confirmation email.
• If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance, we refund 100%. With less than 48 hours' notice, or if you don't show up, there is no refund, although we may offer a new date at our discretion.
• If we cancel, we offer you another date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
• Experiences for companies, schools and clubs are governed by the proposal or contract signed in each case.

5. Participation and physical activity

In-person experiences may include movement or sports activity. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk; let us know about any condition we should be aware of, and do not participate if a doctor has advised against it. For in-person activities we may ask you to sign a waiver and, for minors, a parent or guardian signature.

6. Minors

You must be 18 or older to book or contract services. Services for minors are contracted and supervised by their parent or legal guardian.

7. Intellectual property

The text, design, logos, the NETXORA and NETXORA8 names, session materials and photographs on this site belong to NETXORA8 or its licensors. You may use materials we give you for personal or internal use, but you may not copy, sell or redistribute them without written permission. Third-party and partner names belong to their respective owners.

8. Copyright notices

If you believe any content on the site infringes your copyright, write to info@netxora8.com with: your contact details, the copyrighted work, the URL of the content, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf, with your physical or electronic signature. We will review the notice and remove the content where appropriate.

9. Third-party links and services

The site uses third-party services (Cal.com, Stripe, video call platforms). Their use is also governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability.

10. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, NETXORA8 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid for the service in question.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
