Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information NETXORA8 (“we”) collects through netxora8.netlify.app, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, interest, institution (optional) and your message.
• Founding Cohort list: your email and, if you provide it, your name.
• Bookings: the details you enter in the calendar (name, email, time zone, notes) are received by Cal.com. For paid sessions, payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Technical data: our hosting providers may log your IP address and browser for security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Please don't send medical or health information through the site. Prevention talks are educational and don't require clinical data.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and prepare proposals.
• To manage your bookings, reminders, rescheduling and payments.
• To email you about the Founding Cohort if you joined the list.
• To meet legal obligations and protect the site from abuse.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising.

Service providers that process data for us

• Supabase (form database), with servers in the United States.
• Cal.com (scheduling, video calls and reminders).
• Stripe (payments).
• Netlify (website hosting).
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us there.

Each provider has its own privacy policy and only uses the data to provide its service.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for up to 24 months after our last exchange, and the waitlist until you unsubscribe or the program launches. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or leave the mailing list, at any time by writing to info@netxora8.com. Every list email includes an unsubscribe link. We respond within 30 days.

If you live in California or another state with its own privacy laws, you have these same rights and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. Our site does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” signals because we don't track you across sites.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. For programs involving children, the person writing and booking must be a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted database access. No system is 100% secure; if an incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by Florida law.
